It’s Good For Your Brain
Playing the piano is a complex skill that helps kids’ brains in many ways, including improving memory, concentration, and coordination. Studies have shown that children who learn the piano have better reading and math skills, boosting their confidence. Most of all, it’s a fun skill and hobby that can be enjoyed for a lifetime, while giving students a sense of accomplishment!
For adults, playing the piano can increase their memory recall, neural connections, and boost cognitive skills. It can also lower stress, help alleviate depression and boost self esteem!
All Ages Welcome
I welcome all ages to my piano studio. I teach students from 5 years old to retirees. It’s a great skill to pick up at any age! Whether you’re a new beginner, or returning to the piano after a hiatus, I’m more than happy to meet with you and determine your current level and your path forward to piano proficiency!
